With nearly 1,200,000 inhabitants, Bordeaux is one of the largest cities in France. It is an undeniably beautiful city, ideally located on the Atlantic coast in the south-west of France.
Easily accessible, thanks to its local airport and just 2 hours away from Paris by train, Bordeaux is ideally located 45 minutes from nearby idyllic beaches and around 2 hours from Spain.
Students who attend French courses in our French school often have the opportunity to take advantage of what our beautiful Bordeaux region has to offer.

Bordeaux is a young, student, cosmopolitan city with an exciting atmosphere and offers many leisure activities to discover during your language stay.
Many international events are organised here throughout the year: concerts, festivals, fairs, exhibitions, the river festival, the world-famous wine festival, intercultural meetings etc.
Its universities and colleges welcome more than 70,000 students each year, including around 7,500 foreign students. You will meet many French students in the countless bars and restaurants in the city centre – a great way to continue practicing French in France Numerous language exchange evenings are also organised here.

The magnificent historical centre of Bordeaux, with its superb 18th century mansions, its narrow pedestrian alleys, its cafés, its terraces and its “mirror of water” has incomparable charm. No wonder it is the second most visited city in France after Paris!
