About the Standard French programme…
This programme is designed specifically for adults who want to acquire the basics of the French language for everyday situations and express themselves confidently in French.
The standard French course for adults is accessible to everyone, from beginner to advanced levels. The four skills worked on are: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Phonetics and grammar are also covered during the course.
Our approach focuses on the practical aspects of the French language to facilitate everyday communication when immersed in French culture.
Learning French in France and in Bordeaux is ideal for making rapid progress. The Frenchcourse standardenables students to adapt quickly and communicate with people who speak Frenchspeakers .

Before your first lesson, you will take an online written test to determine your current level. We can then assign you to the class that best suits your level.
Evelang’ is an official French language level test provided by France Education International. It enables you to position yourself on the CEFR scale (European level scale), and is included in the price of a 9-week+ course at our schools.
Of course! Our programme is the same in all our schools, so you can start your course in one city, continue it in a second and finish it in a third!
